Rose Bay, Sydney, oil on board, Australian, c1930, by Robert Richmond Campbell. This beautiful small work is a good example of Campbell's loose post-impressionist style. It depicts a sun dappled moreton bay fig tree on the waterfront of Rose Bay in its original Australian frame.

"Balmain From Observatory Hill" oil on board by Robert Richmond Campbell, Australian, c1925. A wonderful example of Campbell's work showing the Balmain docks with an almost Fauvist feel to it.

"At the Farm" oil on board by Robert Richmond Campbell c1938. A charming oil by Campbell made more interesting with the inscription "to Douglas D[undas] from Robert 1938." Dundas was a fellow Sydney artist.

"The Shadowed Harbour" Norman Lloyd dated 1923. A wonderfully atmosheric work by this lesser known Australian post impressionist. The moody purples and greens of the Sydney inner harbours are perfectly captured in this charming work.

Afternoon, Sydney Harbour, oil on board by James R Jackson, Australian, c1935. A beautifully atmospheric scene of Sydney harbour in Jackson's post impresionistic style in its original Australian frame.

On the River, oil on canvas by Lance Solomon, Australian c1940. Solomon's work is in most State collections and this small work shows all his skill at painting the Australian landscape.

Morpeth Town Hall, oil on board by Roland Wakelin, Australian, c1935. Morpeth is a small town in NSW and this large work shows Wakelin's great skill at Australian country scenes. Inscribed on the reverse in pencil.

Cornish Landscape by Sydney Long A.R.E., Australian, c1920. Long first went to Europe in 1909 at the age of 38. He visited St Ives in Cornwall in 1911, a famous artists colony of the time, and this work probably dates from that visit. Wonderful colours and retaining the original Australian frame.

In The Darling Ranges, oil on canvas by Marie Tuck, Australian c1900. Marie tuck was an important early Australian artist and this work is a fabulous example from her Perth period 1896-1904.
