A fabulously modelled Royal Dux porcelain cockatoo c1970. Of good size the figure is naturalistically coloured and sits upon a forked branch. Royal Dux reached a peak of excellence between the two wars and have managed to survive the communist era to still be in production today.

Rockingham tea caddy Rockingham tea caddy

In brilliant condition this charming lidded Rockingham tea caddy has an unusual orange base with gilded scrolls and enamelled posies of flowers. Underglaze brown mark of a griffen and "Rockingham Works Brameld Manufacturer to the King". Both lid and body in perfect condition, no rubbing to either gilding or enamelling.

A Derby plate painted by Robert Brewer c 1800. A beautifully executed early Derby plate with a gilt scrolled rim surrounding a painted scene of Peter's Stone in Derbyshire. The piece has the puce Derby mark and in puce "Peters Stone Wardlow, Derbyshire". Robert Brewer joined Derby in 1797.
