"Two Cupids" French bisque figure after Auguste Moreau c1860.
Auguste Moreau was born in 1834 at Dijon dying in 1917. He was a sculptor of figures and groups. A pupil of Mathurin Moreau he exhibited at the Salon in Paris from 1861 until 1910 and at the Salon des Artistes Français.
