Chinese Porcelain Lamp

A superb and highly decorative Chinese porcelain cockerel mounted on a red jappaned and gilt base and wired for use as a lamp c1890. The cockerel is beautifully painted and the stand is of fine quality and both in perfect condition. The lamp has been rewired for use in Australia and a bespoke silk shade made for it.
