Geo I walnut bureau bookcase
A superb George I walnut bureau bookcase c1720. This amongst the finest we've ever handled. The colour is magnificent and the secretaire has two secret drawers. The right mirrored panel is the original Vauxhall beveled glass whilst the panel on the left is a later replacement from the mid eighteenth century. The interior is fairly simple and there are two candle slides.
