Monumental Chinese lacquer vases

A superb pair of monumental Chinese red lacquer temple vases and stands c1820. These vases are the finest examples we have ever seen and would have stood either side of a shrine entrance within a temple complex. (They each sit upon footed stands - height includes the stand.)
