Paul Kruger tea pot

A Foley character tea pot of Paul Kruger, leader of the Boers and later president of The Transvaal, c1900. Foley later went on to become Shelly and as Foley they produced several satirical tea pots of politicians of the day.

Underglaze mark "The Foley" and "Intarsio" England beneath a cypher.
