Hendrik de Valkwas a painter of portraits and genre working in the late 17^th and early 18^th centuries. Hendrick de Valk entered the Guild of Painters of Haarlem in 1693.

His work is represented in the collection of the Museum at Amsterdam by portraits of General Baron Hans Villem van Aylva and his wife Froufi van Aylva.
