"Young Arab Warrior" oil by Frederick Trevelyan Goodall c1870.

Frederick Trevelyan Goodall was born in 1848, dying in 1871. He was the first son of Frederick Goodall RA. He was a student at the Royal Academy School from 1865 and was awarded a Silver Medal in 1866 and the Gold Medal in 1867. He painted portraits and figurative subjects and exhibited 17 paintings at the Royal Academy between 1868 and 1871.
