Emma Brownlow painting

"The Young Harvester" Oil on canvas signed and dated 1867 by Emma Brownlow. Brownlow was born in 1832 and died in 1905. She was a London domestic genre painter, working in Belgium and France. She exhibited at the Royal Academy and the Royal Society of British Artists Suffolk Street and the British Institution from 1852 until 1873. This charming oil has been professionally cleaned and retains its original wonderful gilt frame. The framed work measures: 56cm x 63.5cm.
