Wilmotte Williams streetscape

Sydney streetscape oil on canvas by Wilmotte Williams c1960. Williams was born in Sydney in 1916 and died in 1992. She studied at the East Sydney Technical College and at Julian Ashton’s school. Her work is mainly of streetscapes and landscapes and she exhibited widely throughout her life. Her work is represented in the National Gallery Canberra amongst many others. This work has been professionally cleaned and measures 39cm x 49cm.
